Polène offers a refined return process, allowing customers to return or exchange their leather goods within 15 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the item in its original dust bag and box, ensuring all protective films are still attached to the hardware and leather.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
